The Baguio is a city in the Cordillera Administrative Region in the middle of the island of Luzon, in the Philippines. Because of its cool climate, Baguio is considered the summer capital of the Philippines, because of its many pine trees, it is known as City of Pines or City of Flowers. Baguio is located on a plateau 1400m height from sea level, surrounded by mountains on all sides. In the sixteenth century, Spanish priest surprised by the beauty of the area so they began to explore the region, finding a land of fertile valleys, pine-clad hills and mountains, they saw bountiful plants and an abundance of minerals such as copper, gold and minerals.
Baguio City is an area that previously camps of American troops during their occupation in 1900’s, where they imitate the architecture of homes and building in the United States. And to easily reach the neighboring town, they opened the Kennon Road, a highway known for its narrow and turned bend. The former peace and quiet city is somewhat changed this uncontrolled traders and migrants from surrounding towns. When the American left, many traders, and even foreigner build their own homes and took the high area until it was finally becoming the busiest city that became a crowded district, which is mixed locals and tourists who invade because of its unique climate.

One famous place in Baguio is the Burnham Park, located in the center of the city. Here, the park features the lagoon that made by human hands that is so stunning for rides in boats, here as the skating rink, an athletic field and stadium, basketball and tennis courts, a biking zone, the trees are in the correct line comforting in the eye, and here also the beautiful garden plants. Sure that whoever comes here will enjoy.
